My experience with Erica was great. She was always available to answer questions or show houses. When we went to look at a house she had already done some research on it and was able to provide us with some basics on the property along with other potential properties nearby. She was always on time and available to assist us either via email, text or in person. The house we wanted had multiple bids in and Erica’s knowledge of the market aided us in offering a price that was within our budget but also would be desirable to the seller. In the end we got the exact house we wanted. I would recommend Erica to anyone wanting to buy or sell.
